Electric Vehicles by County in Estonia
Electric vehicles in Estonia are distributed unevenly across counties – the highest concentration is in Harju County, where Tallinn is located. EVs in Tallinn make up a significant share of Estonia's total EV fleet thanks to a dense charging network and short daily commutes. EVs in Tartu and Tartu County follow in numbers – the university city favours electric transport. Pärnu County is also strong due to holiday regions and expanding charging infrastructure. In smaller counties, the EV share is lower but growing steadily. This analysis shows EV count and share in each Estonian county.
